Unhappy with FedEx delivery person who clearly had planned to leave my purchase on my front porch -- clearly visible to anyone passing by. The delivery person did not know I was at home because he did not ring my doorbell. I just happened to see his truck and went to the door as he was descending the steps whereupon he returned to the scanner he had left on the porch and actually handed it to me.
