Hi ThereI would love it if you would allow South African credit cards and deliver to South Africa.
I absolutely love love love Ralph Lauren, everything! quality, value, style!I am still holding out that you will start shipping internationally(read South Africa). I am buying quiet a bit from JCrew now that they ship to me in South Africa. It is so much easier than sending to a friend in US and then them shipping onto to me. I would shop that much more frequently if I could do all of it myself(credit card and shipping)

I love RL products. Macy's Sacramento, ca downtown plaza store doesn't have good clothing selection so I purchase on-line. But something is different as not finding as good work clothing selection as I used to. Thanks.
I enjoy Ralph Lauren products for their enduring, classic styling and I keep and use them for years.

I am mostly happy with my purchase however a button fell off the duvet cover before I had it on my bed. That was disappointing at this price point.

Impeccable quality. Thoroughly great selection throughout all your stores. I visit your stores in NY, Paris and just love the American flags there. I bring friends to the Malibu stores, which also are very enjoyable. Enjoyed your exotic car display at the Louvre and wanted to purchase the collectors edition of the cars but you had it for sale only in French. If you ever sell it in English, please notify me. Was going to purchase your black motorcycle jacket a year ago, but I hesitated too long and you ran out of them. Outside landscaping is always the best. Keep up the excellent job. Kudos to all the polite, tactful, wonderful sales employees. Great job everyone.

I really, really like the personalized slim fit long sleeved shirts. The slim fit is awesome.

The packaging is very impressive and classy!
The checkout process was a bit slow.

While online products can be returned to a retail store, no immediate credit is issued. In the past it has taken weeks before I discovered that I had a gift card credit for returned mdse. This time I believe I paid by credit card and gift card, so we'll see how this gets handled. Since I am returning mdse to Ralph Lauren, I should receive immediate credit for those returned items, not have to wait and see how my funds are returned to me. Also, items were incorrectly sized/boxed; shoes that were ordered in size 7, arrived as 8 1/2. Other garments didn't fit correctly, despite your size chart.
Although I received an email advising me that my shopping bag items had been saved, when I went to continue shopping, I discovered that all the items had been deleted. I had to spend a lot of time going through all the pages to find the items again. Annoying, to say the least!
