The courier left the items where a dog could get to them and two were destroyed. Contacted StrawberryNET and they sent new items straight away - their couriers need some lessons but StrawberryNET is great.

Customers in Australia dont get to have access to the FREE magazines on offer. That's not good!!!
I have always been very happy with the service from StrawberryNet.com. And the free delivery is especially inviting. Prices compare very favourably with competitors online.

StrawberryNET is great! Bizrate's promise of free gifts for completing surveys and then finding out at the END of the survey that you're not eligible for the free gift unless you live in the states...not so great. I now have a rather unfavourable view of Bizrate and see them as a dishonest company
Very easy website to use on this occassion. Have tried to use Strawberrynet once before but for some reason I couldn't complete the order??? Very easy this time however

Great products, delivery and customer support. Some products aren't stocked, but there is always an alternative and I guess you can't carry every make-up shade in the world!!!!Great sight, saves me heaps of money.
Love the site. Sometimes the products I require in the make up line are not stocked, but there normally tends to be an alternative.
