I was so thrilled to be able to purchase my Oh! Lola and Lola in a tester without having to spend extra money for the packaging. I was even more surprised when my purchase was delivered and I found that even as a tester my products came in their original boxes. Great company.

Unfortunately, I wish we had a better solution for future purchases.The values after taxation in Brazil, make the purchases do not have advantages because they leave for the same price of Brazilian products in shoping centers.I believe that the market in Brazil love to shop at your company and you would have a very large volume of sales.It would be possible to think of a way to avoid the tax rate of 100% in taxes on products purchased?Sincerely, I like beauty encounter.

I was disappointed that I didn't get lady's samples. This is how I know what I want to order next time, by trying the samples. I always have a hard time with my password and then some of the other things hyou ask for. I had to put my credit card # in two times before it would take it. Why I do not no. I am very pleased with shopping with you. I just wish that you would send out some coupons for something off on products that I use. Thanks

the order i placed did not go through and then i was advised to reorder the whole product once again - i did but wondered why beauty encounter would not have done it once i complained of the notification i received that i was having problems with the web page when i was not - bit of a hassle to redo everything once again - also beauty encounter has changed who they ship with on the second order and not sure why but it seems to be taking a little longer....also other products i would have ordered on this order seem to always be out of stock getting a little frustrating... Love purchasing from beauty encounter, I have recommended to several friends great service!! The bad side recently alot of my products have been sold out which holds up my order.

No free samples included with shipment. I updated the quantity of my order but evidently I didn't save it. I didn't know the quantity wasn't correct until I saw the email from BE. I upped the quantity when I was entering my credit card info so that may be why it didn't remember or save it. I sent an email to customer service to fix it. If it is fixed to my satisfaction, I will definately order from BE again. If it is not fixed, I will not.
