Blue Nile products continue to please and bring joy. Blue Nile diamonds have always been exceptionally beautiful, and now their line of gem stone products reflect the same excellence, class, and value.
Blue Nile's diamonds are exceptional. My wife is a Tiffiny fan, but has been very pleased with her gifts from Blue Nile. I have become a Blue Nile customer based on the value of their products relative to Tiffiny and other comparable jewelers. I hope that Blue Nile's quality continues under their new CEO.

Hello I purchased a a beautiful neclkace for my wife for Mother's day.She loved the gift, and therefore so am I.The neckalce arrived on time, and I had no issues with Blue Nile at any time throughout the process.

I ordered a ring. The website indicated that I should call customer service if I wanted to purchase a half size. I called and they indicated that half sizes are not available for the ring in question, which was frustrating. They also asked me to review my purchase, but then asked intrusive questions about my relationship status which I found somewhat disturbing.

Great quality at Blue Nile. I have been a long-time repeat customer and will not go anywhere else. I have never been disappointed.

I loved the jewelry as seen online. In person, I adored one of the two items I purchased, but the bracelet I bought was quite a bit smaller and more fragile feeling than I expected. Overall, I like the products available and I would buy again...but not without another coupon or voucher, because the products are simply too expensive overall.

Product was not delivered on time for mother's day for my first mothers day with my wife. This was my second and probably last transaction with blue Nile. Customer service offered a very weak apology and told me what I needed to do next time. There will probably not be a next time.
