I cancelled shipment and never rec'd it thankfully. So remove this from my records. perhaps I will order from you another time I liked the shopping but not the survey in the end and I WILL NOT TAKE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS AS MY DISCOUNT AND IF THIS GETS COMPLICATED I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER

I still do not have my chair. I contacted Customer Service on March 10 and encountered a very rude CSR, who hung up on me. He called me back a few minutes later and said he would try to reach someone and have them contact me. I received an e-mail on March 13, advising me that the item would not be shipped until March 30th. glad the product was available

I am pleased with the couch but I didn't think delivery would take that long. I ordered on Jan 17th and didn't get the sofa until Feb. 29th which I don't consider quick shipping like the advertisement. Order tracking is good. I would recommend your company to anyone else if they are not in a big hurry to get the item they order. Most people consider Broyhill as one of the better furniture products so it is worth the wait after all I guess. All in all I would do it again!! I made a call to the company to ask if the sofa has loose cushions (the description said they were "compartmentilzed" cushions but I had no clue!! The person I spoke to was very helpful in checking this out for me and I did place the order.

I found this purchase to be a completely satisfying experience. I found a cheaper price on another website and that price was matched for me. I will come here first next time I need to purchase furniture. It's good quality and the service is excellent. Thank you. Sofas and Sectionals did a price match for me as I found it cheaper through another merchant. I wanted to use my Paypal Bill Me Later Option and was not able to do that with the link they sent me so I had to use their website instead and as far as I know I will not be able to get the discounted price.

We have had nothing but trouble and bad customer service from SofasandSectionals.com. We have been battling with them for six weeks about a sofa that we ordered. The sofa came, but it was the wrong style. We did not accept the delivery. The delivery people verified that the number on the sofa did not match the item number on the outside of the wrapping. The last three letters of the numberwere different. We contacted customer service immediately. All we got was a run around! We have called customer service in access of twenty times. Most of the time, the customer service agent with whom we are working refuses to return our calls. Neither she nor anyone else has been willing to work with us. The agent says that the letters don't really mean anything. Bottom line,the item number is different from the item code we received on our confirmation notice. We are furious.
