TWICE, ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR A TWO HOUR DELIVERY TIME: ONCE ON MAY 9TH BUT THE ITEM WAS NOT ON THE DELIVERY TRUCK AND THE OTHER TIME NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE DELIVERY WAS CANCELED.TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE AND WHEN MY ORDER WOULD BE DELIVERED AS PROMISED WAS A NIGHTMARE. AFTER BEING GIVEN NUMEROUS PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL AND NUMEROUS TRANSFERS TO OTHER PEOPLE, I WAS TOLD ON MAY 14TH THAT THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED BECAUSE SEARS COULD NOT FILL THE ORDER.NOW, MY SEARS CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR THE ITEM SINCE APRIL 30TH. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO INFORM THEM THAT I AM DISPUTING THIS CHARGE OF $997.32.AFTER WASTING ALL THE TIME WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY TRUCK TO SHOW AND STILL NO ORDER, I AM A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY SEARS HAS BEEN LOOSING BUSINESS. BECAUSE YOU RUINED A GIFT FOR MOTHERS' DAY, YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS.

When I called to check stock prior to ordering, they told me it wasn't there and wasn't on backorder. In fact, the man I spoke with did not even know there was a Sears Outlet in Moorestown. I ordered it anyway and picked it up. They are idiots. I called to check stock for this item and was told they had none...but the system accepted my order so it will be interesting to see if it's there when I come by to pick it up.

On delivery day they unscrewed my current refrigerator and took it to their truck, only to then present me with the refrigerator I ordered, which had numerous dents on both sides and severe dents on the front door. It truly looked like someone had stabbed the refrigerator. After a long conversation on the phone with customer service (a girl named Shena) regarding the "refurbished - like new" product, her best offer was for a $100 gift card, after 20 minutes of actually arguing with me for expecting a good product out of an outlet store. The delivery guys told me that often they deliver sub-par products and that people are unhappy with it, but are too lazy to complain. I will never purchase from sears anymore, and have been doing my job at sharing my story. Your store is advertising products that you dont have to sell, trying to push damaged goods on people, and servicing them with rude customer service that is unwilling to help. Absolutely unnaceptable.

We first went to the outlet store and had good customer service inside the store. After we spent the rest of the day shopping, we found no better deal so I ordered online. Again, I was called very soon after the order and the service was great. Again I was contacted the day of my delivery and they were there at the very beginning of the 2 hour window. Great value and easy navigation

I was very pleased with the delivery people. They were very nice and more than willing to accommodate me by moving my old fridge to the basement. The order tracking left a lot to be desired however. All it told me was that it was on it's way....for about 2 weeks! Overall though, I'm very satisfied and will be shopping with sears outlet again when I get ready to replace another appliance.

fridge had been damaged in delivery, just found another piece broken (bottom cover panel for wheels. $70 for delivery is extremely expensive and would not pay again based on the dealings with delivery and damagesfridgerator was DIRTY!!! had to be cleaned from something that dripped in drawers! discusting!

The next one I get because of this order will be statused as junk and I will never see them again. I'm taking another chance with Sears Outlet. Two of the three items I purchased (two separate purchases) were in fact no longer available for purchase or cannot be shipped but must be picked-up at the Timbuktu outlet store. This was after the SO site checked and validated the availability of the items and calculated the shipping. Can't a determination be made prior to the purchase regarding the real availability? Because you then hung up my money at my bank for a pending purchase for two days. A purchase that was never going to happen! There should be some law against taking money immediately but not releasing it for two days. You took it immediately, you should release it immediately. And I don't want to hear it is the bank's fault. You're both guilty. And why do you have these items on line for selection if they really aren't available?
