The mirror arrived with a crack in the frame and is being returned for replacement.
The shipping charge of $11.90 is very high and it didn't appear until after I had already processed payment through PayPal.

I purchased shoes 1/2 size larger than normal, just so there would be NO issue with sizing, Yet the shoe I purchased, siZe 9, is TOO LITTLE!!, no where on the ad was that advisement so now I must send shoes back, guess on the size, PLUS PAY $10.50 for the privilege of sending back?? That is not how business is done on other web sites. I will not buy shoes again. Thanks Martha Hiett

I purchased a power washer and was waiting for my order to arrive. When It didn't arrive I traacked my order and it said it didn't even ship. So I e-mail customer service and there responce was the order was canceled.I wish they would of contacted me and told me there was a problem with the billing part of the order ..I would of been happy to correct it so I could of recevied my order.

The shipping charge was entirely toomuch for the cost and weight of the item.
the price on the item was OK, but the shipping and handling charges are way too expensive. I feel like I have been taken advantage of

Shipping prices are excessive. 16.95 is not competitive when customers in your demographic can use Amazon's cut rate Priority Mail shipping ($4.95) or Amazon Prime, where shipping is free.
You guys have competitive prices with Amazon and other companies, which is great. I wasn't expecting that. Your shipping options are miserable though. You should offer USPS Priority Mail which would be $5.00, not $16.95. That's absolutely ridiculous. I was able to use a code to have free shipping.
