Don't sell items on line if you do not have them.Dry Idea was back logged over 10 days.Usually items come in a quick manner.
I love this site. They have items I can not find in my stores.

It would be more helpful to - at time of order - tell the customer which shipping agent would be used, given the items ordered.
Great place to shop, fast free shipping, they always get the order right.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.
Easy site to purchase for my hounds. They have good prices and good shipping policies.

Wide variety and good prices. I do wish that drugstore.com would continue to carry some of the same products as they have previously. I do wish that drugstore.com did carry accessories and replacements and refills for some of the items that they do carry.
Generally easy to navigate. Selection varies from each visit. Unfortunately products I've purchased previously, or saved for later are no longer sold by Drugstore.com, but are available by other retailers. Other retailers are now offering some of the same products offered on Drugstore.com, but at a significant enough discount that I purchase more products elsewhere than previously. Accessories & replacement parts (such as blades & foils for razors) for products I've purchased from Drugstore.com are either no longer available on Drugstore.com, or not sold by Drugstore.com.

It is so much easier for me to look at available products and have my mother pick out items she wants without her having to sort through the isles of a store to pick out what we need. Having it delivered to our door is also a big convenience.
The experience of being able to find the products on line is much easier than trying to sort through isles at the store only to find that they no longer carry what I want.
