This was a purchase from REI Outlet. It was advertized that I could use my dividend on this purchase. Nowhere during the checkout process was there any way that I could indicate that I wanted to use that dividend on this purchase. I feel it should have been made clear how the dividend could have been used on the purchase

Since this was a wedding gift the couple had registered for and the order was shipped to them in Duluth, Minnesota I was terribly suprised as to why in the world I would receive 2 emails asking if they received the gift. What the heck is up with that???

All was a good experience. The only comment I could offer is that I was a little disappointed that the item was not available in the nearest store because I needed it fairly quickly; however, I understand that not all online items can be stocked in a store.Happy customer.
Local store didn't have what I needed, but salesperson recommended to me what to order online. Doing so was very easy.
