Great customer service!
They are always super-friendly and helpful.

It was a mix up online concerning the shipping method. I wanted the items shipped to my physical address. Instead, they were shipped to a store. However, once I explained my problem to customer service personnel, the order was reversed and shipped to my home. That is the only reason that I did not give high marks on most choices.
I shop for most products such as toner and office supplies from Best Buy. I have found that the store usually have what I need. I wish, however, that the store had more camera equipment and accessories.

I ordered my movie from Best Buy, because of the price comparison.
Unable to create an account, so I checked out as a guest...Not a problem with doing that... I'm a satisfied customer!

ORDERING WAS EASY HAD PRODUCT WHEN STATED
WEBSITE VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND., DON'T KNOW ABOUT PRODUCT TILL I RECIEVE IT WHICH IS VERY SOON I HOPE OR NEVER ORDER AGAIN

i ordered a GPS unit online to pick up at the "local" (15 miles away), store. I went to the store about an hour after placing the order to be informed it hadn't yet made it from the storeroom at the back of the store to the customer service counter in front. I told the customer service rep I needed the item and did not have time to wait around for another hour and wanted to cancel the order. I was informed I had to do it over the phone. I left Best Buy and went across the parking lot to Digital City and purchased the same item. I came home and called Best Buy and cancelled the order I'd placed with them. They canceled the order with no problem and credited my account with the refund.

The DVD I wanted was no longer available. Purchased with a gift card which I no longer have. I called customer service. They said they would credit my credit card that I had to use for the balance of the purchase but I was not credited
DVD's did not all have a description. No length of time listed, either. As I ordered, had to keep refreshing pages that would not come up. Website would not let me change the address that I wanted these shipped to.

Great Store and Great Selection

My order came in 3 day's , awesome.
I like the fact of ordering on line and not have to worry about it being a safe site.
